Foods that increase collagen production
 
Collagen is a type of protein that provides the skin with strength, smoothness, elasticity and resilience. When you are young, you have an abundance of collagen in your body and as you age the collagen production in our skin declines and weakening of the skin occurs, resulting in wrinkles, fine lines around our eyes and mouth and saggy skin.
